Are Americans as Angry as the 2016 Campaign Seems to Say They Are?

Maybe not.

I know that I'm not. Are there some things happening in the country with which I disagree? Yes. But I'm not angry. CNN and Sirius XM host Michael Smerconish, a guy who always seems to play it right down the middle--even though he once worked for the fiery Frank Rizzo--thinks I'm in the majority.
If there's a new "silent majority" in the nation, they are not tea party activists or Millennials feeling the "Bern." They are the tens of millions of Americans who are not angry, but remaining silent.
