More on the Court's Marijuana Ruling

To me, one of the most interesting aspects of today's ruling upholding the federal government's right to arrest those using marijuana for medical purposes is that it left standing the state statutes allowing such uses of cannabis.

The ruling probably raises as many questions as it answers and leaves the door open to further battles between the states and Washington. We've not heard the last of this issue.
