I go back to Paul and his debate with the circumcision party. If you are going to require one law, than you must require them all. You are no longer free, but are still shackled to the law and feel it will save you. Traditionally the church has said women can not hold leadership positions some go so far as not allowing them on church council or even vote at a congregational meeting, yet, here is Jaynan Clark with voice, vote and leadership of a Lutheran body, living in the freedom of interpreting scripture in light of context.
