Sidney Sheldon Dies

Shakespeare he wasn't. But the creator of 'I Dream of Jeannie,' 'The Bachelor and the Bobbysoxer,' and numerous suspense thrillers never claimed to be. But he seemed to have the right attitude about his craft:

"Any talent is a gift," he told an interviewer. "We're obligated to work as hard as we can at whatever talent we're lucky enough to have."

I wish that I would remember that. Christian theology calls it good stewardship.
