"I've Been Nominated for Membership in the National Geo...I mean, the Coalition of the Chillin'!"

There is a group of bloggers, myself included, who feel that the May 23 compromise on filibusters of judicial nominations was a good thing...for Republicans and the country. We're called The Coalition of the Chillin'. The brainchild of Mark from Decision '08, coalition members are conservatives and/or Republicans who believe that it's good when the Congress functions, statesmanship is exhibited by politicians, and that one's cause is advanced, as happened when the compromise led to President Bush's nominees getting confirmed.
