Chinese Blogger and Filmmaker Being Held by Authorities

Hao Wu, a blogger and documentary filmmaker pushing for democracy in China, has been held by Chinese authorities for a month. It's believed that he was detained after meeting with members of a house church in connection with a film he was producing. (In China, only a few state-subservient churches are recognized by the government. Otherwise, Christians meet in secret in thousands of house churches, which are growing at an amazing rate.)

Please pray for Hao Wu's release.

Also, contact the Chinese embassy. Here's a link to it.
