Lord, we pray for those impacted by the tornadoes in Oklahoma. Give comfort to those who have lost loved ones. Give comfort too, to all who have suffered the devastation of their homes, churches, schools, or businesses. Give healing to those who may have been injured. Grant that those who build new structures will be given Your wisdom, strength, and empowerment. Bless with success the efforts of those bringing relief, recovery, and rebuilding. Envelop all with Your powerful love and use this moment to help all exposed so dramatically to the vulnerability of human existence in this world to turn You, through Jesus Christ. Help all to know You as their "refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble." In Jesus' name. Amen
