I actually am at Disney World this week for a family reunion and have been spending some of my time watching people. We know Americans are getting heavier and that's very easy to see here. It's also clear that visitors from most of the other countries who come to Disney as tourists are much fitter than Americans.
Another thing that I find interesting are the number of people who are opting to drive electric carts around the parks. A great many of these seem to be relatively young people who are overweight and out of shape, not the elderly or the disabled.
